Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at support@melolite.com to receive a return authorization number.

To return an item for a full refund (minus shipping and handling) you must comply with the below criteria:

  • Less than 30 days have passed since you acquired the item

Once you have received your return authorization number, please repack the MeloLite product in its original box and use the same outer box it was delivered in. If you do not have the outer box, please use one of a similar size/capacity.

We recommend you insure your shipment against loss and damage.  Only items purchased through melolite.com website can be exchanged or returned.

We will process your refund within 10 business days (Monday – Friday) after we receive the returned merchandise. Once it has been processed, the refund will be sent by the same method used to make the original payment.

Warranty Policy

MeloLite insures a one year manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase (*proof of purchase required*) for all of it’s product.  If you are having an issue, please email support@melolite.com or call for troubleshooting and a return authorization form.
